April 22

Bro. Michael Komkris, BSG, visited SAIDI, Graduate School of OD, Philippines last April 17-22, 2017.
He sat in as panel member to the Final Oral Defense of Mark Laurence Relova. Bro. Michael had a relaxed and restful stay at SAIDI, and enjoyed bonding moment with some staff members, Dr. Rose and family.

Mark Relova Final Defense

Mark Laurence B. Relova successfully defended his Final Oral defense last April 22, 2017. His dissertation was on “Exploring Action Learning (AL) as Tool to Improve Team Psychological Safety (TPS) in East-West Seed ROH“. His panel members included Dr. Cecile B. Gutierrez as Chair, Dr. Rosalina Fuentes as Adviser, Dr. Marie-Paul de Luna, Dr. Sasithara Moreno and Bro. Michael Thinaratana Komkris, BSG, PhD as panel members.

CPLD Module 4

The final session of the Certificate Program in Leadership Development was concluded last April 7-8, 2017. Dr. Rosalina O. Fuentes facilitated this session.

Eighteen participants from San Miguel Corporation Corporate Human Resources in OD-Action mode!
They attended a SAIDI GSOD Certificate in Organization Development Program last March 27-29 and April 3-4, 2017 held at Makati Diamond Residences, Legaspi Village, Makati.
The team was led by Dr. Marie-Paul B. de Luna. She was assisted by Dr. Rosalina O. Fuentes and Fr.
Frederic C. Rocha, PhD (Cand.)

March 22

Fr. Raymond H. Ruga, earned his doctoral degree in OD specializing in Transformative Spirituality. A solo graduation rite was held last March 18, 2017 at Titus Brandsma Center, New Manila, Quezon City.
Fr. Christian B. Buenafe, OCarm, PhD graced the occasion as Guest Speaker.

March 6

Dr. Rosalina O. Fuentes holds regular sessions on Appreciative Inquiry every semester at the ABS CBN University Liberal Arts Program. This session was on the CREATIVE ARTS as Tool for Mindset Transformation. Miguel "Miggs" Cortez is SAIDI's regular artist for this module.

February 14

The CICM Bukal ng Tipan Leadership Team attended a SAIDI GSOD facilitated learning session on Leadership Development from January 23-26, 2017 and February 6-7, 2017 held at the BNT Spirituality Center, Taytay, Rizal.
The team was led by Dr. Rosalina O. Fuentes. She was assisted by Dr. Marie-Paul B. de Luna and Fr. Frederic C. Rocha, PhD (Cand.)

JANUARY

2017 Research Forum

SAIDI Graduate School of Organization Development had its 2017 Research Forum, the annual research-conversations among graduates, candidates, and colleagues to learn from more about the practice of OD.

The theme for the 2017 Research Forum is on Succession Planning and Management – from the perspective of two leaders engaged in real-life experiences of implementing such a challenge in their organizations. The Research Presenters were: Dr. Dolores M. Torres, PhD and Fr. Anthony S. Salas, SVD.

The forum was well attended by the participants coming from varied sectors: Salvatorian Pastoral Care for Children, Pioneer Insurance and Surety Corporation, First City Providential College, University of Perpetual Help System–DALTA and JONELTA, FactSet Philipine Inc. SEAMEO-Innotech, CARD-MRI Development Inc. Fujitsu Ten Solutions, Phils. Inc. Radio Veritas Asia, St. Joseph Institute of Technology, Organization Management & Development Systems, Inc., San Francisco High School, Quezon City, HERMA Corporation, Holy Angel University, Can Asia Inc., Capitol University and Universidad de Zamboanga.

January 17

The first run for this year of the Blondin-Organization Planning System seminar-workshop was conducted by Dr. Rosalina O. Fuentes from January 17 to 20, 2017.
