2016 NEWS BULLETIN
December 8
SAIDI Graduate School of OD organized an Intersection Conversation on Democracy and Human Rights last December 8, 2016. Dr. Rosalina O. Fuentes facilitated the event. The 3-hour conversation was a venue to surface ideas and convey these to others but not meant to impose or to elicit alliances. Rather it hoped for a meaningful response either at a personal level or with like-minded folks.
The conversation was participated by Gen Fermin de Leon, Ms. Roxanne Recto, Ms. Vinggay de Santos, Msgr. Vicente Bauson of Ministry on Campus, Fr. SAIDI Inc. Facilitating team led by Dr. Marie-Paul B. De Luna conducted the second session of the Leadership Course of the HICAP LEAP Program for Jollibee Foods Corporation’s Managers last December 2, 2016 held at Oakwood Joy Nostalg Center.
The other facilitating team members included Dr. Rosalina O. Fuentes, Dr. Ophelia Tongco, Mr. Jojo Tandoc. Ms. Gina Gil is the Project Coordinator.

November 14-15
SAIDI Graduate School of OD in partnership with SEAMEO Innotech
successfully conducted a workshop on Visual Thinking and Innovation last November 14-15, 2016. This was another part of the World Open Space Summit last November 9-12, 2016. Ms. Karolina Iwa, the Resource Speaker is a process facilitator, trainer and intercultural psychologist. There were about 54 participants from different sectors i.e. CMDI, SEAMEO-Innotech, Jollibee Foods Corporation, Excell Incubator, Carmelites of Our Lady, Quatar Airways, Zuellig Family Foundation, Intercare, Campus Ministry, Pushpin Visual Solutions, NYK-Fil, Fideres Yes Consulting Corporation, Black Garments, JNRal Family Corp, National Bank of Cambodia, Saint Joseph of Technology, University of Perpetual Help, DOST Negros Oriental, Archdioces of Mt. Hagen, Dagupan Electric Corporation,
The workshop deepened participants’ visual learning skills. They also learned skills that will enable them to communicate complex realities and big data volumes with ease and clarity.

Plant Ltd. Co. namely Gunnar Abelido, Artemio Boado, Jr.
Eduardo Custodio Jr. Almer Domingo and Janet Humol. The
other attendees were Dr. Marilisa Ampuan from Mariners
Polytechnic Colleges Foundation, Reldino Aquino of Cainta
Catholic College, Amelita Dolom from Organization Management & Development Systems, Inc., Carolyn Sajo from Asia Pro Cooperative, Ruben Laraya of CITE Technical Institute, Jojo Tandoc of DMCI and Fr. Raymond Ruga of Apostolic Vicariate of Calapan.

SAIDI Graduate School of OD held a first-of-its
kind workshop –a Sushi-making workshop
with Chef Takashi.
The attendees were taught how to prepare Sushi Rice, California Maki, Kappa Maki and Sakura Maki. They had a great time preparing their own sushi. Their great discovery: preparing sushi is fun and eeezy.

The PACUCOA team, headed by Dr. Ellen Salac, conducted a two-day visit at SAIDI Graduate School of OD, Antipolo campus and at the Information Office, Abada St., Loyola Hts., Quezon City last April 28-29. Hopefully, SAIDI GSOD earns Level 1 accreditation of its MA and PhD in OD programs.

The Applied Research Center of the SAIDI Graduate School of OD hosted the
7th OD Applied Research Forum on January 22, 2015.
This year’s forum focused on 3-OD Movements that offer routes to
a 21stOD Journey.
The Research Presenters were: Dr. Mario Ramon GM Guanzon,
Ms. Dolores M. Torres, PhD (cand), Dr. Jamesina Z. Gotangco
and Dr. Perla US Bernardo.
The forum was well attended by the participants coming from varied sectors: Philippine Batteries Inc. Enchanted Kingdom, Ateneo de Manila University, Civil Service Institute, CARD Inc.
