NLP Transformation Series

According to Dr Richard Bandler, who invented the term in the 1970s, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is "a model of interpersonal communication chiefly concerned with the relationship between successful patterns of behaviour and the subjective experiences  underlying them"
(nlplifetraining.com).

Becoming skilled in the NLP approach means improving your communication, thinking, and self-awareness to do better at anything you set your mind to.

We are pleased to invite you to the NLP 1-day Transformation Series this coming November (17, 18, 24, 25) and December (2). Reward yourself or a colleague with an Early Christmas Gift through this opportunity to explore and deepen your appreciation of NLP.

The descriptions of the stand-alone series are shown below and participation is at only Php 3,000(early bird rate until November 2) or Php 3,500 (regular rate) per participant, per session.

Register now and continue being transformed!

Opening New Windows: Shifting the Mindsets for a Difference!

This module exposes the participant to a comfortable understanding, realization and appreciation of the concepts of Mindsets, and of Paradigms, too. In the emerging track of Quantum OD, no change is possible without introducing a change to one’s own mindset. Expand the setting to a group or an organization or a society, no transformation can happen without a change in the mindsets of a collective group of individuals. Part of the module are exercises to serve as handles in an initiative or resolve to introduce, lead and/or manage changes in mindsets to create a difference!

SOAR-ING With the Soar Framework

Tired of planning based on gaps or dysfunctions or problems? How can one truly plan on the basis of something that isn’t working at its best? Yet, repeatedly, for years… we, mortals, have enshrined this approach to planning! Nothing wrong with the problem-based approach; after all, this approach has enabled its users to produce the plans needed. Years of exposure to the weakness of the problem-based approach led post-modern man to create a space for an alternative approach. This is where the SOAR framework takes its place.

This module introduces the participant to the SOAR approach to planning. The module includes the presentation of key foundational concepts in SOAR-ING.

Preparing & Learning to Use
the AI-Instrument for Storytelling

This is a workshop meant to hone the skills of the AI Practitioner in the basic strategies of Appreciative Inquiry: asking positive questions and storytelling. A good part of the preparation of an AI practitioner is crafting the questions that will elicit the stories and surface from these stories positive data. Part 1 of the module will focus on preparing the instrument for storytelling. And Part 2 will focus on using the instrument including organizing the data gathered.

Appreciative Inquiry as Tool
for Community-Building

This module will demonstrate to the participant how to apply the concept and the foundational principles of Appreciative Inquiry in building communities of people or networks of communities. Communities, especially in Asian settings, pulsate with life when the members that make up the community are forged by shared vision and values, common life-giving forces and compelling commitments to life, to each other and to Mother Earth.

Words Create Worlds

In this module, the participant will be given exposure to growing one’s word skills. In the world of positive relations, great effort must be made carefully, intentionally choosing one’s word/s in conveying one’s ideas or emotions. After all, words create one’s world. The language one uses defines his/her reality. In this module, the participant learns how to shift across three levels before using a word or words.
