Dr. Rose has been immersed in educating, training, engaging in education and OD consulting and research activities. Most recent of which include her expertise and advocacy of Positive Organization Development and Appreciative Inquiry. She is recognized in the Philippines as ‘guru of AI’ for spreading the knowledge and use of Appreciative Inquiry in different organizational processes. Other areas she has extensive experience on include Culture-building, Strategic and Tactical Planning, Re-engineering, and the whole gamut of Organization Development interventions for clients and partners in corporate, non-government, Church, and local government sectors in both local and international settings.

Susan Potter Evangelista, Ph.D

Susan is currently the Founder and President of Ugat ng Kalusugan, Inc (Roots of Health), a nonprofit organization aimed at furthering Reproductive Health Education, Prenatal care, and Child nutrition in marginalized communities in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.  This advocacy she balances with being a Consultant and Professor at the Palawan State University since 2000.  Prior to this, she was an English Professor and Department Chair of the Interdisciplinary Studies at the Ateneo de Manila University. She was also heavily engaged in teacher training through the Ateneo Center for English Language Teaching (ACELT).  Tracing her roots in the Philippines, Susan came as a US Peace Corps Volunteer in 1963.

Jaime Aristotle B. Alip, Ph.D

Jaime Aristotle B. Alip (born April 22, 1957) is a Filipino entrepreneur, politician and the Founder and Managing Director of the CARD Mutually Reinforcing Institutions (MRI), a group of companies established to empower poor women and to help alleviate poverty in the Philippines. CARD is the largest micro finance institute in the Philippines.

Aris has won several awards for his work, such as the prestigious Ramon Magsaysay award in 2008 for public service. He was appointed as presidential adviser for Economic Empowerment of the Rural Poor in March 2011.

Marie-Paul B. de Luna, PhD

Marie-Paul is currently Director, Partners and Consulting and Registrar for SAIDI School of Organization Development, an executive graduate school that advocates open learning using a modular approach to earn an MA or PhD. She also provides close oversight to the Microfinance Management and Social Entrepreneurship programs of SAIDI. She was also the former Director for Customized Training Programs for the Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development (Ateneo CORD).

Prior to her return to the academic setting four years ago, she provided Executive oversight and has more than 12 years experience in employee and sales management training, worked closely with regional and agency sales and marketing, training design and facilitation in a multinational corporate setting. To date, she remains attached to the fields of OD and Appreciative Inquiry consulting, community development and sustainability, educator training, and team and training-trainers facilitation.

Rev. Msgr. Manuel Garcia Gabriel, Ph.D

Msgr. Manny currently, among the numerous assignments he holds, is the Vicar Forane of the Vicariate of San Antonio de Padua, the Parish Priest of the Resurrection of Our Lord Parish (BF Homes, Paranaque City) and the Director/ Trustee Member of the Veritas Parochial School. Msgr. Manny has also consistently pursued the ideals and commitment of the Catholic Educational System and, recently, completed a Certificate with the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD, Nevada).

Cez is an Organizational Development (OD) and Education Consultant.   She was Co-founder and Senior Partner of The Executive Edge [TEE] Consultancy, Inc., a consulting company specializing in management and organization development.
Cez has multi-disciplinary experience and expertise in facilitating seminars and workshops on strategic planning, executive coaching, visioning, human resource management, strategic planning, capability/resource building, and management development programs.

Some highlights from her current affiliations include: 
Lead consultant in an institution-wide audit of a National Capital Region (NCR) educational institution towards achieving accreditation. 
Senior consultant for special projects involving program evaluation, curricular design, employee development programs, compensation administration, job evaluation, and related activities with client institutions located in four (4) regions of the Philippines.

Linda Flor Gil, Ph.D

Linda F. Gil is a Management Specialist for educational institutions, having varied involvement and experience in the areas of research, teaching and management. She also facilitates workshops in finance/ budgeting, strategic planning, ethics in the workplace, sales and marketing, team building and visioning, among others.

Some of her other current involvements include:

  • Member, PAASCU (Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities) Tertiary Commission. Linda has been part of more than fifty survey teams in both the undergraduate and graduate levels, very often assigned as Chair of the accreditation visit.
  • Has helped train potential accreditors from local institutions in various parts of the country as well as those based in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Mongolia and Vietnam.

Eligio Ma. P. Santos, Ph.D

Eli has over 30 years industry experience in consumer, pharmaceutical and health care sales, marketing and distribution operations.  He is also an accomplished CEO, an experienced OD consultant and practitioner in the areas of change management, strategic leadership, strategic planning and organization improvement programs, and has a cumulative 15 years part-time/ full-time teaching experience at the graduate and undergraduate levels, handling Marketing and Sales, Change Management and Human Resources related courses.
Among his recent undertakings included the role of Chief Marketing Officer for the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), providing over-all marketing strategy and implementation of all marketing programs of the institute. Also with AIM, Eli was  the Executive Managing Director for International Marketing and Relationship Management where he handled the recruitment and placement of MBA students while overseeing the administration and market development activities of all Representative Offices located in India, Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia.

Johannes Darmasetiawan, Ph.D

Johannes is currently the Managing Director of PT. Gistex Garment Division and provides over-all oversight and management of operations employing around 1,500 employees – from production, delivery, expanding its product line, and quality assurance. PT. Gistex is one of the largest manufacturing company in Bandung, Indonesia, and operates production on textile, garment, and fashion.   He was also previously affiliated with PT. Dinamika Tunas Sejahtera (1998- 2004) and at PT. Ragam Puma Sejahtera (1994- 1997) and provided executive oversight of company operations.

In mentoring students, Johannes brings with him his technical expertise in Operation Management, Change Strategy, and Leadership in the manufacturing environment.

Herminio B. Coloma, Jr. PhD

Herminio B. Coloma, Jr., PhD is currently the Presidential Communications Operations Office Secretary in the administration of President Benigno S. Aquino III. He serves as the Don Jose Cojuangco Professor of Business Management (on leave) at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and was also Associate Dean of its Master in Business Management Program and Dean of its Executive Education and Lifelong Learning Center.

During the administration of President Corazon Aquino, he worked in various key positions such as Head of the Presidential Management Staff (PMS) and Transportation and Communications Undersecretary.

Rico Ponce, OCarm, PhD

Fr. Rico Ponce is currently the Executive director and Academic Director of the Institute of Spirituality in Asia.ISA serves the Dioceses and Parishes, Formation Houses and Seminaries, Religious Congregations and Societies, Schools and Church-based programs and ministries in the academic and practical formation of Transformed Servant-Leaders through Organization Development and Transformative Spirituality.        

Among the other involvements that Fr. Rico was engaged in included: being a pastoral worker of the Basic Christian Community-Community Organizing (BCC-CO) where he organized and facilitated seminars and lectures on parish management (1991- 1992). As a member of the Ecumenical Forum for Contextualized Formation (EFCF), Fr. Rico also participated in fora and lectures on contextualized formation to religious life (1993- 1997). After he was ordained a priest in 1998, he became the Rector of the Carmelite Seminary and Assistant Pastor in Our Lady Of Mount Carmel Parish in Escalante City. He also organized activities for the total human development of the Carmelite seminarians, gave lectures on Carmelite Spirituality and Church history, performed sacramental and pastoral work in the Parish (1998- 2000).

Benjamin Quinones, Ph.D

Benjamin R. Quiñones, Jr. is a prime mover of solidarity economy in Asia, also known in the Philippines as the ‘Bayanihan Compassionate Economy.” He earned his AB Economics degree from UP Diliman (Quezon City, Philippines), his Master of Arts degree in Agricultural Economics from UP Los Baños (Philippines), and his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Organization Development from SAIDI School of Organization Development (Antipolo, Philippines).  As Executive Coordinator of the Intercontinental Network for the Promotion of Social Solidarity Economy (RIPESS), he oversees the promotion of solidarity economy in five continents.  Ben is also the Founding Chairman of the Asian Solidarity Economy Council (ASEC), where he initiated the biennial Asian Solidarity Economy Forum (ASEF) in 2007 and is now being conducted on an annual basis by ASEC partners in some Asian countries.

Eliseo A. Aurellado, PhD is a Certified Public Accountant, management practitioner, and entrepreneur with more than 40 years’ experience in public accounting, controllership, general management, human resource management and development, and consultancy services.

He is one of the owners and key executives of a Triple A, ISO-certified construction company that grew from a capital base of P500, 000 at start-up to over P330 million in 12 years.

Ely started his career in public accounting in 1970 with SGV and Co. In 1975 he received his MBA degree at the University of California, Los Angeles on company scholarship; later, he worked with DeLoitte Haskins & Sells, CPAs in New York City. In 1976 he re-joined SGV and worked with a select team of managers to develop a new training program for auditors.

Michael currently holds the following assignments:  Assistant General Secretary of the Catholic Bishop's Conference of Thailand, Chairman of the Montfort Center of the Brothers of St. Gabriel, Resource Person of the AslPA Asian Resource Team, and National Coordinator of the BEC National Office, Thailand.  Previously, he also held the following recent assignments: Lecturer at the Graduate School of Assumption University (Thailand) and the National Director of Cthe atholic Youth Council of Thailand.   

His technical fields of expertise include Organization Development, Religious Formation, Counseling and Group Dynamics, Planning and Youth Ministry.

Peter is currently the Advisory Chairman of the Master’s Degree programs in Entertainment Management and Production and in Content Management and Values Creation of Bangkok University (Thailand).  He is also the Chief Advisor and Executive Director of Thailand Resort Co., Ltd, the Butterfly Records, PMD Plus, Gen-X Academy Group, Four Stars Thailand Co., Ltd, Managing Director of the Learning Kingdom Co., Ltd aside from concurrently being the Music Faculty Advisor of Silapakorn University and Mahidol University. Among his Committee Member duties, Peter also works with the Department of Cultural Promotion (Ministry of Culture, Thailand), the Commission on Higher Education (Ministry of Education, Thailand), and with The Association of Siamese Architects.

Amor Q. De Torres, Ph.D

Amor is currently the Dean of the College of Education, Principal of the Basic Education, and Education Development and Linkages Director of  the Capitol University in Cagayan de Oro City.   She was formerly Dean of the Graduate School and College of Education of Xavier University in Cagayan de Oro City for 17 years (1990-2007).  Amor is also the Chair of the Technical Panel for Teacher Education of the Commission on Higher Education and is the representative of the Mindanao Teacher Education Institutions to the Teacher Education Council of the Department of Education. 
Amor counts as her areas of expertise: Teacher Education, Mother tongue based multilingual education, Education for Sustainable Development, Peace Education and Indigenous Peoples Education.  She has also been active in working with the Indigenous Peoples and the Muslims for Peace Education for the past 15 years.

Reynaldo T. Casas, Ph.D

Currently Reynaldo T. Casas is the President of nvvogt Philippines, focused on building ground-mounted solar plants at utility-scale around the country. The company successfully built in year 2015 a 6.23 MW p solar plant in Mindanao, Philippines. In 2016, nvvogt built two more solar plants in Tarlac, Philippines with a 9 MW p and 7 MW p respectively. The company is headquartered in Singapore, though its Chairman is based in Germany, with on-going solar projects in India, Thailand and Indonesia.
