Sr. Flor Pauline Lozada Duran, Carm.O. L is currently the General Superior of the Carmelite Sisters of Our Lady, a designation she also held from 1987-2000.
Her other current involvements include:

Sr. Flor was formerly the President of SAIDI Foundation, Inc. from 2002-2005. She specializes in the areas of leadership and spirituality, formation, psycho-spiritual facilitation, pastoral counseling, retreats with international studies and engagements.
She holds a PhD in Organization Development (1990) from SAIDI School of Organization Development. She also completed her Master of Arts in Administration and Extension Supervision (1980, Silliman University-Dumaguete) and her other Master of Arts in Religious Studies and Counseling (1970, Mother of Life Center,Manila). She also completed two undergraduate degrees: Bachelor of Science in Education, major in English (1972, St. Paul College, Dumaguete) and Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education (1967, St. Paul College Dumaguete). |
