Johannes is currently the Managing Director of PT. Gistex Garment Division and provides over-all oversight and management of operations employing around 1,500 employees – from production, delivery, expanding its product line, and quality assurance. PT. Gistex is one of the largest manufacturing company in Bandung, Indonesia, and operates production on textile, garment, and fashion. He was also previously affiliated with PT. Dinamika Tunas Sejahtera (1998- 2004) and at PT. Ragam Puma Sejahtera (1994- 1997) and provided executive oversight of company operations.
In mentoring students, Johannes brings with him his technical expertise in Operation Management, Change Strategy, and Leadership in the manufacturing environment.
Johannes was US-schooled, based in Ohio, completing his Master of Science in Computer Engineering (MSCE) from Case Western Reserve University in 1986, his Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree from Baldwin Wallace College in 1987, and his Master of Arts (MA) from Antioch University in 1993. In 2003, he completed his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organization Development from SAIDI School of Organization Development (Manila, Philippines). Johannes continues to learn and develop himself, capped by his most recent completion of the Wharton Executive Series in 2007 with the University of Pennsylvania. |
