Linda F. Gil is a Management Specialist for educational institutions, having varied involvement and experience in the areas of research, teaching and management. She also facilitates workshops in finance/ budgeting, strategic planning, ethics in the workplace, sales and marketing, team building and visioning, among others.

Some of her other current involvements include:

• Member, PAASCU (Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities) Tertiary Commission. Linda has been part of more than fifty survey teams in both the undergraduate and graduate levels, very often assigned as Chair of the accreditation visit.
• Has helped train potential accreditors from local institutions in various parts of the country as well as those based in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Mongolia and Vietnam.
• Lead consultant for institution-wide reviews and organizational audits in several educational institutions in various parts of the Philippines, including an audit of the financial system of a large university in Region VII.
• Involved in conducting tracer studies of alumnae, parents, students and members of the academic community

Among her varied projects in the education setting, some highlights include:

• Organizational development projects, some of which involved start-up organizations, focused on training future administrators in various aspects of managerial responsibility and capacity building. 
• Multi- institution Compensation Studies: Performed studies that covered educational institutions of varied sizes and level of organization, including job evaluation, analysis and rationalization of all current positions, ranks and job levels in the academic and non-academic groups. 
• Established a Tertiary Division of an existing Basic Education Institution, run by   a religious congregation, by preparing feasibility studies in offering the tertiary level courses.

She holds a PhD in Organizational Planning and Development (1989) from SAIDI School of Organization Development. She also completed her Master in Business Administration (1966) from Bowling Green, Ohio and finished her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (1962) from the University of the Philippines.
