Admissions
Admission to SAIDI Program may be granted to a holder of a Bachelor`s Degree (or its equivalent) from any discipline for the Master`s Program or, a Master`s Degree for the Doctoral program, a member of a formal organization and one who has direct access to decision-making in his/her organization. He/She may be:
- An educator
- An industrial/business executive
- An organization and church leader
- A working professional in the field of organization change or human resources development or management.
Application
The applicant for admission must:
- Complete the Application Form for Admission.
- Submit a copy of his/her Original Transcript of Records.
- Have three letters of Recommendation sent to the Dean.
- Be available for an interview with the duly designated
representative of the SAIDI Academe..

Admission Period
SAIDI follows an open calendar. An applicant upon acceptance may enroll and begin with his/her study program at anytime during the year.
Admission Policy
SAIDI School of Organization Development admits students of either sex and any race, age, color, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or national and ethnic origin.
The Admission Criteria is two-pronged:
- Applicant must have direct access to decision-making in his/ her organization.
- Applicant must belong to an organization.

An applicant to the academic program signifies his/her desire to be considered for admission by preparing the following documents:
- A Cover Letter indicating your reasons, research interests, and future career plans for applying to the academic program (not to exceed 2 pages)
- Applicant’s Personal Data Sheet (1 set)
- Personal Recommendation Sheet (3 sets)

Describe in your letter your (1) key reasons for applying to the program, (2) interests or aspects of your background have prepared or motivated you you for a study in Organization Development, and (3) what are your future undertaking after completing an OD degree.

The three recommenders may include professional colleagues or others who can comment on your academic potential for graduate work.

Transcripts must bear the official seal of the school and the signature of the Registrar.
You may inform the Registrar of SAIDI should you need a Letter of Request to send to your previous school.
SAIDI School of Organization Development has international graduates and students currently enrolled. SAIDI assesses a foreign degree based on the specific educational system and the level of study completed.

Note: For International Applicants
Your transcript (academic records) should provide detailed information on the coverage and quality of your school performance:
- courses you have taken each semester/ year, and
- the grades you were awarded.
The grading scale of the school should be conspicuously indicated on the document.
If the school does not issue records in English, an official English translation must accompany the original language records.
SAIDI School of Organization Development reserves the right to require additional academic documents, such as, but not limited to, official copies of diplomas.

Admission Procedures And Guidelines For The Academic Program
You must meet the following Prerequisites:
- An applicant must be interested either in human organization systems or instruction development
- An applicant to the master’s program must have a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any field from a CHED-accredited Philippine university
- An applicant to the doctoral program must have a masters degree or its equivalent in any field from a CHED-accredited Philippine university
For an International applicant,
- completion of a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from a school or university of recognized standing
Application Forms
An applicant to the academic program signifies his/her desire to do so by submitting the set of application forms. The set contains the following:
- A Cover Letter
- Applicant’s Personal Data Sheet (1 set)
- Transcript (Academic Records)
- Personal Recommendation Sheet
(to be submitted by the Recommenders to SAIDI directly)
Admission Policies and Guidelines
An applicant aside from fulfilling the basic requirements included in the application form
- must belong to an organization which will serve as focus of his/her study
- and should occupy a key position in this organization or, at best, has a direct access to decision- making and information.
Screening of the applicant takes place after all the required documents have been received by the Office of the Registrar who in turn passes these to the members of the screening committee.
The screening committee is composed of the following:

Interview is conducted by a designated member of the screening committee.
Once the screening process is completed, the applicant is informed officially in writing by the Registrar regarding the acceptance or rejection of his/ her application.
