Applied Research Center (ARC)

The Applied Research Center (ARC), which became operational in 2008, is the research arm of SAIDI – Graduate School of OD.

ARC is committed to:

• Generate, test, apply knowledge that help transforms organizations, communities, and societies
• Continually evolve models and frameworks for research in change initiatives
• Develop and publish research materials
• Pursue opportunities and linkages through researches on OD and Social Development (education, church and religious life, spirituality, community and economic development, others)

ARC is envisioned to strengthen the current niche of OD education and practice in the Philippines and Asia. In doing so, initiatives in change and managing change are better set in place: Change Leaders are armed with data and information that assure their organizations confident and competent decisions and actions.
