A Certificate Program in Leadership Development

Rationale:

There is no shortage of Bosses around the world. But very few to be leading. Peshawalia wrote, "Leaders strive to create a better future: non-leaders cling to the past and somehow survive the present." On this note, SAIDI GRADUATE SCHOOL OF ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT offers this program on leadership using an OD lens.

This program offers a venue for a thoughtful examination of leadership from various perspectives namely - what leadership is, how one "build" one's being, in groups or organization. Tools and Applications of the Leadership "energy" are part of the program topics.

Investment Cost:

Php 60,000.00 if all modules are paid in full at start of program
