Sasithara Sethanandha-Moreno is currently working for Aliaga Farmers’ Rice Mill, Philippines as Consultant, HR and OD Specialist and Administrator. She is also affiliated with “Yes, People Matter! Inc. “ as a Consultant.
Sasithara is a Member of the Association for Appreciative Inquiry (AAI), the Philippine Society for Training and Development (PSTD), and the Nueva Ecija Rice Millers Club.
She used to work in Bangkok, Thailand for the Asian Scholarship Foundation as Program Officer (July 2002 – March 2005) and at the Institute of International Education (IIE-Thailand) as Program Assistant (February – June 2002), both programs were sponsored by the Ford Foundation. Sasithara also worked at Berkeley Samson International (July 2000-January 2001) as Assistant Sales Manager and Administration Assistant Manager.
She obtained the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Organization Development (2011) from SAIDI School of Organization Development. In 2003, she received her Masters of Management, Major in Organization Development and Management from Assumption University (ABAC), Bangkok, Thailand. She completed a Bachelor Degree of Communication, Major in Communication Management (Dean's lister 1997-2000) from Assumption College, San Lorenzo Village, Makati City, Philippines.
