Jamesina Z. Gotangco is an educator with specialization in Curriculum & Instruction; and a professional management consultant specializing in human resources training & development, organization development, leadership & management program, performance management, and quality improvement.
Prior to being a consultant, she was a senior associate at Delar Learning Systems, Inc; Organization Development Consultant of San Miguel Corporation; Human Resources Training & Development (HRTD) Officer of Filipro, Inc. (now Nestle, Phil. Inc.); Supervising Teacher of Mathematics and faculty member, teaching Mathematics, Physics and Theology at the College of Education, University of Sto. Tomas
Ms. Gotangco is a certified instructor and program director for Interaction Management Program. She was trained by Development Dimensions, Inc. She is also a certified Quality Circles Facilitator, having been trained by Asia Business Consultants, Inc. under the auspices of the Quality Circle Institute of California. She is a licensed LIFO Analyst, trained by Mr. Allan Katcher, President of Allan Katcher International, Inc.
She has conducted various seminars and workshops with companies such as China Banking Corporation, Bank of Philippine Islands, RCBC, Goldilocks, Unilab, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, Chevron, Lufthansa Technik, FullerLife, Siemens Inc., Dole Philippines, Shindengen Phil., Team Energy, and Kao Philippines. She has also attended various development programs in the field of Human Resources Management, Organization Development & Education.
Jamie Gotangco has earned her Bachelor of Science in Education, major in Mathematics and Theology, and minor in Physics (summa cum laude) from the University of Sto.Tomas. She holds a Masters of Arts degree in Education, major in Curriculum & Instruction, from the University of the Philippines. She has a Ph.D. in Organization Development from the Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Development Institute (SAIDI).
